At Briggs, we have put on a ‘dementia awareness’ course for all of our staff and team members. This will allow our staff to better recognise and assist customers with various stages of this condition. At Briggs we deal with a lot of elderly customers, so it’s really important that our team can go the extra mile to assist and help all of our customers that walk through the door, no matter what age.
As we’ve said before, we really value our customers and appreciate all of the loyal support, week in week out, so this is just one of our ways to give back, no matter how small.
