If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date, in its original “unworn condition” and in its original packaging. We will refund the product price or send an exchange if that is your wish.
Return postage and packaging is at the cost of the customer. In the event of returning the item due to a manufacturing fault. Briggs Shoes Limited will refund the cost of Royal Mail 2nd class postage to return the item. Please retain your receipt as we may ask for a copy.
You can also drop your return in at any of our stores located in Lindley, Morecambe, Tarleton or Wrightington free of charge. Full addresses of each store are on the Briggs Shoes website. They will pass the item to us and we will process the refund for you.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer a Free returns service on items returned from outside the UK. If you are returning items from outside of the UK please use the address on your dispatch note and we will refund the product price.
All shoe care and foot care products are non-returnable.
Your refund will be processed the next working day after we receive you item However please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by your card issuer.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if you require an urgent exchange we suggest placing a new order online/via phone.

In case you need to cancel your order, please inform us via email at email@example.com or call our Morecambe store on +44 (0) 1524 419293 as soon as possible. Please leave a 24 hour gap for us to process your request. Please note that if the order is already in packing & postage progress it might not be possible to cancel, in this case you will need to follow our regular return procedure and the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
